The scheduler was truthful and encouraging. Our pipe broke on Christmas Day. This was the only Plummer that actually responded with a person. We were able to get our pipe fixed the next day before 10am. We will continue to use this company.very pleased with service, communication, and value. Jim got us into their schedule right away, Mike came out and did a great job of replacing the PRV valve, and all done at a reasonable price. After the job was completed, Brandon followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great service and a great team.
