I reached out to Brett at 7:30 on a Monday night. He offered to assist the same night. His proximity across the neighborhood had him at my house very quickly. He diagnosed the issue, picked up the part from his shop, let me ask questions to help me learn, and had my A/C working again before 9:00. Brett showed not only his diagnostic skills and technical expertise, but also his high-quality customer service by being friendly, informative, thorough, cost-conscious, and respectful. My husband and I absolutely LOVE Callahan's! Our AC went out on a Tuesday, Luke came out and looked at it that afternoon and was back on Thursday with Chris and got it fixed! They worked with our budget and have been so incredibly diligent in making sure everything we need is taken care of. The customer service is top notch! The team at Callahan has been very professional, knowledgeable, super attentive, and friendly. I appreciate that combination (especially when air comfort and finances are involved).
