Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleanup

My sewer was backing up in my home and Collin and Nash came out from Roto-Rooter. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue and had me up and going in no time!

We had an urgent issue where roots had gotten into our pipes and causing a clog. They were able to get someone out in less then an hour to get us help from the time that we had called. James J took the time to assess the situation and explain to us all our options and next steps. He was very patient and was great about educating us on the cause and fix. Josh, the manager, to whom I spoke on the phone was professional, responsive, with good information about when I could expect someone here to fix my problem.
