Days to closing on my new house the lender requested more information on the roof of my new patio. My realtor referred me to Alex who was able to quickly inspect the roof (meeting my immediate demand!) and provide a written explanation of the issues that met the lender’s needs. We were in process of selling our home and under a very tight schedule to ensure all repairs were completed prior to closing. Initially Alex had provided an estimate service date of approximately 4 weeks out. After finding out we needed this done prior to closing Alex quickly adjusted his schedule, picked up the payment, ordered the materials and had full roof replacement scheduled in under 2 days.
