Balance Point is fantastic. We've had them check our AC/Heating system several times. In the most recent visit, they were able to determine a configuration issue that was heavily impeding our AC performance that we would like not have discovered otherwise. Very friendly and prompt service. My blower fan was not turning on when I got home from work and I was able to schedule a service call for the very next day. The technician that came out (Eric) was able to troubleshoot and quickly diagnose the problem. Although the system required a new control board, he was able to bypass it and get the blower running again until the new board came in just 3 days later. The AC In our home decided to quit working last night at around 9:00pm. I called the office at Balance Point and left a voicemail about getting on the schedule to have a technician come out to fix the issue the next day. Well to my surprise within minutes I received a text from the office staff saying a technician would be out the very next day. In todays world you do not normally get this type of response or support at all. The technician showed up on time and fixed the problem. Balance Point is the best of the best and has earned my business. They go above and beyond and the entire staff and owners are outstanding professionals.
