The AC In our home decided to quit working last night at around 9:00pm. I called the office at Balance Point and left a voicemail about getting on the schedule to have a technician come out to fix the issue the next day. Well to my surprise within minutes I received a text from the office staff saying a technician would be out the very next day. In todays world you do not normally get this type of response or support at all. The technician showed up on time and fixed the problem. Balance Point is the best of the best and has earned my business. They go above and beyond and the entire staff and owners are outstanding professionals. Staff is available and responsive over the phone and also utilizes text messaging to make appointments and questions even more convenient. Technician was on time, courteous professional and clean. Did a thorough job and explained everything to me. Didn’t try and convince me to pay for anything I didn’t need and was in and out quickly. I will use them in the future!
