Ed and Tim came out to snake an exterior pipe that had paper clogging it. Ed and Tim have come out before and are always quick to diagnose and fix the problem, and they're nice guys too!
Codlrdia plumbing is great! Easy to schedule, friendly, reasonably priced, and very efficient. We have used them for 1 emergency repair and 2 semi-emergency repairs in the last 7 months. They are our go-to plumber.
We had a gas leak at the end of January 2022. To my surprise, our home warranty instructed to call a plumber. The folks at Cordia came out right away, replaced & reconfigured our gas lines and had us up and running same day!! Everyone was extremely personable and professional!
