I'm sitting in my house that's 80° in the heat of the summer with a two-year-old air conditioner installed by ats.....I called to get a tech and can't get one until tomorrow?????Lame!! Whole purpose of getting a new 5k air conditioner was to avoid days like this....thanks ats for 24 more hours of sweating
We were having huge issues with our HVAC system and when we called, Donny came out, gave us 4 great bids on different systems. We went with the RUUD products because we got 21 years out of our last units. Dason and Jason showed after I got the confirmation text letting me know they were on their way. Both immediately went to work and didn’t stop all day long. They did great, professional looking work and cleaned up the mess that was created. We highly recommend this company.
