ATS Heating and Cooling

Called to have a few repairs done on my HVAC system. Jason and his partner (possibly Sage) were prompt and courteous, as well as answering all questions to my satisfaction. Pricing was also very affordable. 10/10, would recommend.

Our furnace blower would not go on and I was getting an alert on my econet thermostat that there was no communication to the blower. I called on Friday evening after what I figured normal business hours and left a message about what was going on. I received a call from Jason soon after I left the message and he said he could come that evening if I wanted. Jason and Donny came over since they were available and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem. An electronic inside the blower motor assembly had burned up and Jason said he would try to get the part ASAP and would call me Saturday to let me know what was going on. He did call me as promised and an appointment was set up to replace the defective parts. Jason came out and was able to get my furnace back into service right away! Jason and Donny were very professional and friendly and were able to answer all the questions I had.
