Mario has serviced my ac system a few times. He is always professional, honest & very knowledgeable. I appreciate the customer care the business provides. Service: A/C system maintenance
Mario was very professional. Explained all my options and was not pushy trying to get me to chose the most expensive option. Once I decide the best option for me and my personal circumstances he went right to work and had the repairs made in less than an hour. He explained the warranty for the new parts and made sure I understood it before he left. When it is time to replace my HVAC system I will request Mario, knowing I will be getting an excellent professional.
Even though it was bad news he explained everything very well. They will be back Tuesday to repair a problem most likely caused by another company. Great job Mario!!! Service: HVAC system repair
