First of all I feel like they owe me 8 hours of pay for training for 8 hours. then telling me I'm on my own pretty scandalous i think ill call my attorney. Even if I lose money who cares as long as this doesn't happen again.

We badly needed a new roof on our home and shed. We also had them replace our old gutters with new gutters and gutter guards for the house. They worked with our insurance company for us and they were professional at all times. We are super pleased with everything they did and we have already recommended them to my friends and neighbors.

Had a long wait for our roof. This was primarily due to the choice in shingle we went with which it was a high impact shingle. This shingle was not available for a while due to Covid. Communication could have been better during the waiting period and then we had a small string of hiccups during installation. However the owner came out after everything was complete. Was very professional and took ownership over the mistakes. In the end we have a nice new roof and gutters and hopefully won't have to worry about it again for a long time.
