I truly cannot say enough good things about the electrician Jacob Brown that came to fix a past issue. Around 3 years ago I was looking for an electric company to do some rewiring and putting in a new panel for a two story older home built in 1915, and I chose this company whom I had heard of. Just recently I found where some work had not been completed, but since I didn’t live there, I was unaware it wasn’t done until recently and called to see what could be done. Everyone that I came into contact was very pleasant, helpful, and promptly looked into the job history. Jacob came out soon after and reviewed, photographed all areas of concern and the very next day worked tirelessly all day to rectify the oversight to make it complete, safe, and could not have been nicer or more informative. I called Mr. Electric for a quote for my RV outlet. The appointment was easy to make, and the staff was friendly. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jacob Brown for my appointment. He did a fantastic job, everything was explained throughly and his work was done professionally and clean. Definitely a happy camper here ???? Service: Installation
Nobody (nobody!!) wants to hear that their house needs $7k worth of work done to get their electricity functioning again, especially when they’ve just gotten back from vacation and all they want is their own bed. Despite the situation being less than ideal, I cannot say enough good things about the Mr. Electric team. I called Monday (7/31) for an appointment, and they got me in that morning (!!) and were ready to start work Wednesday. I had to delay them until Friday, but they were there Friday to get started. They finished today (Tuesday), which is exactly when they told me they’d be done, and every single person I’ve spoken to or interacted with has been kind, professional, knowledgeable, and all around fantastic. Gaven did the work on my house, Kathleen & Jess answered my questions and called to update me on timelines and expectations, and Billy patiently answered my 3 (three!) back-to-back calls about financing.
