Tech arrived on site on 8/8/23 after 1:00. I went out to talk with him as he didn’t seem like he was going to come to the door to tell us he'dbe on the roof. He mentioned something about Garret calling me. He sad he found the exact shingle to match the roof as he came on Tuesday morning on 8/8/23. However, they don’t match and can clearly be seen as work being done on the roof. They may be the exact shingle, but I was hoping that the fading of the existing shingles would have been taken into consideration to try and better color match the original shingles, but it wasn’t. Picture attached. Looks the same on the East side of the house where they replaced some shingles. While the tech was working on the roof I went outside and the tech came off the ladder and I asked if everything was okay and said he needed more shingles than he thought and I said okay and that my son wanted to see him working on the roof, but I said I didn’t want him bothering the you so I would take pictures in

They did such a great job!! They were very professional, from the start to the finish of our roof. they did everything they said they would in the timeframe they said they would do it in. Which is almost unheard of now days. The workers they sent out were great. When they were done they removed all the debris, even use the magnet on the yard to make sure they got all the nails up.
