Ohm Restoration did a great job on our Church roof going above and beyond Customer Service! Jay Haynes thank you for your expertise and getting with our insurance company to make this happen! From the salesperson to the production coordinator, foreman and the roofers, they were all very professional and quick with orders, delivery status, and job completion. The roof looks great!!
Originally, I posted a one-star review because my initial experience with Ohm wasn't great; however, the owner, Jay, saw my review and called me immediately to try to make things right and repair what happened, which my family and I greatly appreciate. He was very kind and worked really hard to make sure that we were taken care of and that our needs were met.
