Ohm Restoration

Update: I’ve never written a negative google review before this, and it’s not something I took lightly. That said, OHM’s response to my review only confirms my decision to write it. Their claim about collections issues is categorically false. When we received our final invoice, it was paid in full in 30 days. We were never charged a late payment fee. In terms of justifying my review, our salesman offered to send us a personal check for his commission after going to bat for us unsuccessfully. I think that speaks for itself. Original Review: As others have noted, we had a very bad experience with OHM. They replaced our roof and gutters last fall. I don’t fault our salesman, who was being trained while working with us. To his credit, he did everything he could to try to resolve our situation. I’m sure the company isn’t all bad, but I could not in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Service: Roof installation

Great customer service and response time. Installation went smoothly and we love our new roof! Communicated with our rep Matt through the whole process and made us feel like our project was important to the company.
