I had a positive experience working with Pyramid. At the time I had called several roofing companies and wasn't getting return calls. I'm sure it was a busy time of the year for all roofing companies. I had a tree go through the roof due to high wind. Once Pyramid responded, I was in touch with Rick who was able to get to my home assessed for a quick estimate for repair and temporary coverage. It wasn't too long after they had it repaired before the next rain which made me ecstatic. Thanks Rick for being prompt in the response.

the sales person was out the day after I called and provided a comprehensive estimate. the construction crew had the old roof off and the new one on in a day. clean up was good too. they made the process easy for me from the beginning and the finished product looks great.
