John's Heating and Air Conditioning

John's hvac has been my service go to for quite a few years so naturally when I needed to replace furnace and ac I called them . Not only did they do a fantastic job they went over and beyond as some carpentry work was also involved as well. Their techs fixed things I didn't know about and extremely pleasant to work with. THEY ARE THE BEST in Springfield and also reasonably priced. Shouldn't tell this as might be more difficult to get my name on the list next time I need them.

Excellent service from the entire staff. Greg, Scott, Dave, Tony & Tim were all great and very informative. We were able to get our new a/c unit up and running very fast and before the extreme heat kicked in. We also had a new gas heating unit installed and we are extremely happy with the Amana Products! Great overall experience. Even though the unit was going to take a couple of weeks to get in, Greg made sure to have my old condenser recharged to get us cold air until the new one arrived. Even after the installation and I had already paid, Greg drove to my house to give me the rebate forms I’d need to get. He could have easily just put in the mail, but Greg saved the extra days and delivered it in person. It’s the little stuff like that, that makes you feel valued.
