I contacted Sothern on Monday afternoon after another business was no show/no call via email and receiveda prompt response. Angela was very professional and courteous. Because my job was small but somewhat urgent - I wanted a leaky outside faucet fixed before the cold weather arrived later this week - we agreed she would fit it in on Wednesday or Thursday. On Tuesday she called because they had a cancellation and set a tentative time of 'around 2'. I told her I would be home all afternoon but she still took the time later to call me with an updated time. Ben also called when he was about 15 minutes away. Ben first tried a repair but the faucet still dripped a bit so we agreed on a replacement. He finished quickly and gave every appearance of striving to do a quality job. He was also very courteous.
