This company is amazing!! They came to my rescue on the first super hot day of the year when my air conditioner decided to stop working. They were fast, friendly and efficient. Our furnace quit working during a very cold week. I called Air Pro, and they sent a tech over to diagnose and quickly fix the problem. Our tech was Dan. He was a clean cut, well mannered guy who genuinely cared to help us. I felt comfortable having him in my home. His work was neat and clean. I could not ask for a better service experience. Dan was the best! He explained everything to me, didn’t pressure me to get anything more than I needed and completed the installs quickly. He was professional, efficient and friendly. Overall the best experience I’ve had when dealing with a stressful situation of an expensive household item going out unexpectedly. Melissa in the office was so helpful and gave me all my financing options. She offered to take care of the Ameren/spire rebates for me.
