Scheduling was easy and they were able to come next day. The technician was kind and pleasant. He did a great job diagnosing out system and making sure everything was good to go. Our AC is working better than it has on a long time. I have no issues with the service provided and it's quality. I'm not sure how much AC repair usually costs but it seemed kind of expensive. We had a dirty evaporator coil which he cleaned and I looked up how much that should cost. It was definitely on the higher end. Again, no issues with the service at all, just seemed like everything was really expensive.

The service I received was outstanding. The two service men who repaired the coil on my air conditioner were Eric and Jack. The were both very knowledgeable and professional when replacing the coil on my unit. I was scheduled a service call promptly and after diagnosing the problem, the parts were ordered and an appointment was schedule to repair the unit the following work day. I am happy to say my house has never felt so cool on a hot day. I am very grateful to have found a company that is honest, prompt, and hires the best people that go the extra mile for their customers! I will definitely be recommending Averill Htg and Air Conditioning to others!

Averill should be your first call for ANY air conditioning or heating needs! My son was in need of a new AC/Furnace for his new home ( older home) and my research took me to Averill. They came highly recommended and took great care of his AC/Furnace needs. I now have my own personal experience to share as well. While on vacation our AC was not working well at all. I called Averill and they were able to send a technician out on a Saturday morning for no extra charge! They adjusted the AC so it worked until we were able to return from vacation and get some prices on replacing . Mark the owner came out the same day we returned from vacation to give us a quote and although we did get a second bid to be sure, Averill was our choice! They installed a new system the next day! They had a crew of four guys show up to replace AC and furnace. All four were VERY professional and answered all our questions . They cleaned up well and did a thorough check of the system prior to leaving. Our new sys
