Wow! I cannot say enough about Anytime Plumbing. We had a massive leak from our water heater and Steve was able to come right out (on a Saturday!!!!!) and actually found the problem - coming from our furnace! He fixed it in a jiffy! Being a new homeowner and never having a gas water heater I was a little lost when the pilot light went out. My model is newer so I was confused. I thought I had followed the directions correctly (I hadn’t) I called anytime plumbing due to their great reviews. Steve was very quick to respond (also it was 7:00 am) he was very nice and accommodating. He sent drew out to help me. It took under an hour for him to get to my house. Couldn’t have been any sweeter. He got it lit for me and explained the process. Also had some great advice and tips for me to use in case I needed them. Second time Anytime Plumbing has completed work at my home. First job was a sump pump replacement that went well. Last week they replaced my hot water heater and shortly after install a gas leak developed due solely to improper installation. Gas line fittings were barely hand tightened with no sealant around the threads...really thankful that I was home and happened to go back in the basement a few hours after install and smelled the leak early on....really unbelievable. No supervision whatsoever, just one young plumber handling the installation alone and Steve did not check in after install to see if everything went OK. Doubt I will have these guys back in my house unless it's purely for something involving water pipes only. Service: Water heater installation
