We have an old system that kept freezing up. I knew to thaw it w/ cool off and fan running, change filter, etc., but since it kept happening, I called for service. Carlos was our technician - he was kind, polite and knowledgeable. He was also honest about us needing a new system before too long, but was not at all pushy about that. He charged it after giving me an estimate and it came in well below what he said as it needed less refrigerant than he feared it would. I will definitely recommend them and use them again when that time comes! Service: A/C system maintenance
This is a great air conditioning company. Today one of the service technicians Alfredo came to the house and was able to diagnose and fix our problem with ease. I was also happy to see that he placed yellow booties over his shoes so not to track dirt in the house. I also feel like the pricing was reasonable and the service was quick. I was able to call on a Monday and they came out Tuesday afternoon. Services: HVAC system repair, A/C system maintenance, Thermostat repair
