I called Indoor Comfort Team because my gas furnace wouldn’t fire up. They sent out John and I was glad they did. He was professional, honest, polite, and took the time to check everything including the computer board. He was able to determine that part of the board wasn’t functioning properly. He called back to the office to double check his findings. He worked hard the entire time he was here and was able to get another computer board installed the same day. I contacted this company to get an idea of home much a new HVAC system was going to be. They were the best reviewed company in the area. They were also had an A+ rated by the BBB . My intent was to get a few quotes and have the system installed. This was April 28th. The owner Adam was very prompt, professional and not pushy. He showed me what we needed for are home and did not over sell us. He said to think about it and call him when I was ready. I never called another company and on May 4th we had a new high quality Trane system. Everyone in this company was professional, knowledgeable and nice! Best experience of this type we have ever had! Wonderful experience with this team from beginning to end. They came out on short notice when my ac went out on the last hot spell of the year. My tech was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, protected my health by wearing a proper mask (with zero argument or push back), and never once tried to push me toward more than I needed. In fact he was as concerned with me spending appropriately as I was. It sucks that I had to have a repair, but it’s great that I now have my own climate control professionals to take care of me. Strongly recommended.
