After confirming that they did lamp repairs, I dropped off a very dear to me lamp and over the course of a month called back 2 or 3 times for an update of which every time was asked my name and number for a promised a call back. Not only did this company a) not repair it, but b) fail to even call me to tell me to come get it if they didn’t want to deal with it, and lastly, c) not call me back after begging for an update. When I went there to take it back, they said sorry, but they didn’t have any information on it. I thought, I guess when I dropped it off my contact got thrown out, and must have never really been taken down every time I called. As I turned to leave, they said they said they could fix it probably by tomorrow or the next few days. I replied, “At this point, no way. I’m done.” Being busy and not having time doesn’t upset me. Of course no one’s happy when they can’t be worked in, but at the end of the day, that’s great and I am happy for your business to be that sou

My first but not my last service call with Reinhold Electric (recommend by my dad- Don Smith long time customer). Tim Cullen was my service rep today and he was outstanding. He listened, asked me questions about my problem and went above and beyond to meet and successfully make the repairs today. Thank you Reinhold Electric!

We contacted Reinhold and heard back from them the next day. A week later they were at our downtown STL loft installing new wiring, taking down faulty wiring and installing 2 light fixtures. They stayed true to the pricing they provided during their initial consult. Very professional. We will definitely use them for all of our upcoming electrical needs.
