I don’t normally post reviews, but I wanted to sing some praises for Matt Souders and Reinhold Electric. We renovated a house from top to bottom and had to meet several inspection deadlines. Matt worked with us to be sure we passed all inspections on time, he communicated with us regularly, and he made suggestions and did a great job helping us make decisions about placement. Not only was Matt a great electrician, he was also a positive person to work with. We definitely hope to work with Matt again! Twice in one day your trucks had the fast lane completely blocked in two spots. Then I got laughed at for high beaming them to get out of the way. Teach them how to drive.
After confirming that they did lamp repairs, I dropped off a very dear to me lamp and over the course of a month called back 2 or 3 times for an update of which every time was asked my name and number for a promised a call back. Not only did this company a) not repair it, but b) fail to even call me to tell me to come get it if they didn’t want to deal with it, and lastly, c) not call me back after begging for an update. When I went there to take it back, they said sorry, but they didn’t have any information on it. I thought, I guess when I dropped it off my contact got thrown out, and must have never really been taken down every time I called. As I turned to leave, they said they said they could fix it probably by tomorrow or the next few days. I replied, “At this point, no way. I’m done.” Being busy and not having time doesn’t upset me. Of course no one’s happy when they can’t be worked in, but at the end of the day, that’s great and I am happy for your business to be that sou
