I truly hate writing a negative review and hope this is/was a fluke for them. I purchased their all-inclusive package for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Etc. based on their great reviews on Google. Unfortunately, nothing lived up to my expectations because no one ended up showing up when I had taken off two days of work for them to come out and do work. When I shared my concerns, I was met with, “Mam, I understand. Someone will call you back” (they never did). I was THEN told management was on vacation and nobody could get back to me until they returned and that no management would be available. Somebody eventually got back to me to schedule my electrical appointment on a Friday, but nobody showed up. I do hope they can remedy this poor service but I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THEM. We had a great experience with Highlights Chicago. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. We had some questions about some other things above and beyond our original service request and he offered to do the extra work on the spot for no additional cost. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

Just incredible! Very responsive, knowledgeable and reasonable. Provided options and pros and cons for decisions on all the work he has done for us. It is hard to find companies that are dependable, respectful and knowledgeable and show up, and you get it all with them. Jose at Mattco Electrical Services is just awesome!
