Plumbing Masters

We called at 10 am with the water having been turned off the night before. The earliest availability they had was tomorrow morning but ended up working something out doe this afternoon. They were an hour behind and I left a vm.....however, once they arrived they assessed the situation quickly and had the fix done in less than 30 mins. They also said to call if there is still water. Will definitely use them again! Polite. Professional. Courteous. Service: Toilet repair

Nick (the owner’s son) came over to give us an estimate for a soil stack replacement. He looked at the job and said he’d give us a bid which we should receive in a day or two. Five days later after receiving no bid as promised, I called and spoke with Nick asking the status. He said they “just weren’t interested in doing the job”. I told him that was not only unprofessional for not letting us know, but also just showed no common courtesy. To that he had nothing to say. For this reason, I cannot recommend Plumbing Masters.

I got three bids and by far Plumbing Masters was the most reasonable. The stack and the leads to the toilet and sink needed to be replaced. They arrived on time for the scheduled appointment and the work done was very professional and they did more than promised. One year warranty. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
