I was able to get an appointment quickly. My tech, Josh, was kind and polite. He let me know exactly what he did on the maintenance of my furnace. He cleaned and vacuumed & also put in a new filter. I called Design Aire after finding their number in one of the local Church Add’s. I spoke with John who sent Josh over to look at my Furnace. Design Aire being the Second Company I called the first telling me I needed to purchase a brand new furnace “mine is not fixable” at the tune of 6K though their radio ad suggest a second opinion! Josh came over looked at my Furnace and repaired said Furnace. The cost to repair was less than $700.00! Very professional, courteous, honest, and responsive! Our furnace was tripping off and just blowing air and cycling over and over this morning. My wife called and managed to get an appointment for today. The technician Ryan was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about our problem and had it fixed quickly!
