Scott-Lee Heating Company

We used Scott-Lee and were very happy with their service. The technician that did the work on our heating system was on time, professional and fixed the issue. We signed a contract to have them come out in the spring for regular maintenance on our a/c unit. I forgot to request the same technician. We will use this company again, but I definitely preferred the work of the first technician over the second. I recommend this company. Service: Heating system repair

I just had one of the absolute best service calls I've ever experienced. I initially called Friday night but throughout the night the furnace stopped working again. I woke up around 4-5 a.m. only to realize my house was 62 degrees and called the 24 hour emergency line but told them I had a space heater in a closed bedroom so I'd be fine until morning. By 7 a.m. I received a call from Tim and he stayed in touch until he arrived. Customer service at its very best. Tim was thorough and explained everything. I interviewed 6 local companies for quotes. 3 never got back to me with my follow up questions. Kevin M. from Scott-Lee walked me through everything (over the course of two visit) and wanted to educate me on the right solution for my home. It never felt like a "sales" talk. Absolutely wonderful experience working with them from start to finish. Without Kevin's influence at the outset, I'm not sure which company I would've gone with. He made it a no-brainer to go with Scott-Lee. Once I signed the paperwork, they had a team out there within a week, which was also a surprising benefit.
