I was very satisfied with the installation of a new furnace performed by Smart House. The installation was done in the attic, and included some tricky maneuvers to first remove the old unit. I witnessed the crews' problem solving and their ease and confidence and use of additional manpower called in, to be successful with it. The installation of the new furnace was done efficiently, communication with me on their progress was consistent, and the prep work and clean up involved with keeping my main floor hardwoods and carpeting protected up three flights of stairs was appreciated!! Overall, the crew did an excellent job. They had a great work ethic, were on time for the appointment, and were professional and yet pleasant in their interactions with me. I would hire SmartHouse again in an instant. (I should add that the company owner actually came to my house months before the installation and must have spent 45 minutes helping me to understand my options about what seemed to be my failin
