I was very happy when last year they quickly responded to an A/C issue and promptly repaired it. This year, they completely honored the warranty when we had an issue with a newly replaced part (no fault of Matheny), no questions asked and they were onsite to replace and repair at no charge. Matheny has a great team. When I first called Robin was very nice and sent a repair man that day. Since the system was very old it could not be repaired, but the John the technician could at least give us an idea of cost of new system. The salesman Jason answered all our questions and followed up after installation. The technicians that installed our AC and furnace were very helpful and showed us what they had done when they were finished. My only concern was that I had to go online to understand how to program my thermostat. Matheny should do a You Tube on how to program and answer frequently asked questions about the thermostat. Matheny Heating & Cooling installed a completely new HVAC system as well as new water heater in our home.
