Had a slow leak on an old, soldered copper T joint. Glen and Phil were great. Very friendly and efficient. They replaced the leaky joint and explained why the pressure valve needed to be replaced too.

Duane just left and we are just thrilled with his service! He was so polite and explained everything as he went along. We called this morning and got an appointment today!!! Amazing! We called Beis for our broken garbage disposal, and did not have a leak. The tech couldn't fix it and offered to replace it. Great. After he finished the garbage disposal replacement, he said there was a new leak. He guessed it had something to do with the groves (did not make sense), and asked for $400 to redo our PVC piping in light of this new leak. This felt sketchy, so we declined. The leak was HUGE, and prevented us from using our sink altogether. As soon as my husband got home and took a look at it, he found a connector piece of our plumbing that the Beis plumber had broken. Beis called to follow up and see how our experience went (super appreciated, and she was super nice and why this review is 2 stars instead of 1), and I sent her the picture of the piece the plumber had broken. Beis decided our plumbing was too non-standard (we had been very open and upfront about our concerns with how the previous owners wired everything), and did not offer an apology on behalf of their plum
