Dan and his guys are the best out there!! I only call them for my plumbing needs. Called them in the am, they were there in the afternoon. Fix the issue perfectly.

We can not say enough about Dan. He was extremely responsive in his attention to our needs. Dan is a true "pro". He has made several personal visits to not only fix our plumbing woes, but he also installed a tankless system. Dan has made it a point to personalize his craft. He often checks in on us to insure his craftsmanship and to assess how we like the new product. I didn't know I needed a new water heater until mine tripped the fuse, and when I reset it steam started coming out of the top! I called DNS upon recommendation and left a message. I got a return call very quickly, and that evening I had a new water heater. I really was quite surprised that they were able to provide service so quickly since it was just a day or two after the most recent big snow, and I figured they'd be swamped. Dan just said, yeah we're busy, but we're not going to leave you without hot water. As a senior with some of the usual health issues, I was truly grateful. Thanks, DNS,you set the bar!
