we had a problem with our water heater and these guys just fixed it immediately! we replaced our old water heater to new one, and they’ve been working so hard and fast until they finished their job. the cost was $850 and finally my family can take a shower with hot water! ???? it’s a great company with nice people and services! we definitely use this company in the future! also Steven (the service technician), he is a friendly, kind, and nice plumber that i’ve ever seen in my life. thank you so much for your service, and i hope you have another nice trip in Asia, Steven!

I got service the same day I put in the request order. Steve showed up on time and was very professional. He explained my issues to where I could understand, and even gave me options. I'm fond of honesty and fair/affordable prices. Any problems in the future, i'm definately calling this company and I highly recommend them!!!!! Thanks alot Steven???????????????? These guys are FANTASTIC!! My wife and I decided we were going to remodel our half bath ourselves. Long story short, I took the toilet off and discovered a broken flange. I decided I could fix it myself and failed miserably. I cracked the PVC pipe beneath the flange. I called them Monday afternoon, they put me on the schedule for first thing Tuesday morning. Felix called me bright and early to tell me that he was on his way. He arrived promptly. He came in, I explained to him what I had done and showed him the issue. I had convinced myself that the damage I had done was a huge deal and would be crazy expensive to repair. He immediately explained what he would have to do to fix it and actually said, "this should be no big deal." I cannot tell you how comforting that was. He quoted a price that was incredibly reasonable and much less than I was expecting. He left to go get the parts he needed. He returned in less than an hour as promised.
