Chris and his whole crew have taken care of my HVAC needs for years (since 2016) and if they'll have me, always will. From seasonal upkeep to diagnosing issues that two other prior HVAC companies failed to be able to find and everything that came up in between. Always a quick response, arriving on time, well dressed, and very professional. They always explain everything that's going on in detail so that everyone is on the same page. Never had any issues and my air is always running perfect when they leave. Always a fair price on every service rendered. This company truly is "Second to None"! Chris and his entire crew were an absolute blessing in our family’s time of need and struggle. Just weeks after a fire at our storage unit, lightning struck near our house and fried our electronics, TVs and AC system and more. Not only was I suffering from temporary hearing loss since the strike was so close - my husband and I lost valuable time working from home, trying to mitigate yet another disaster in the sweltering heat. All the way around, Chris and his staff went above and beyond to help us out and get the much-needed AC going again which was extremely helpful in an already all-around tense and difficult situation. They wasted no time getting the job done and were not only courteous, efficient and professional, but also empathetic and concerned about our dire situation! These guys are real professionals who came, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it with the lowest price possible when another company told us all hope was lost and that we needed a completely new a/c system for about $16,000. They changed a small part, explaining the entire process as they went, and actively sought to solve the problem instead of ripping us off.
