The Office Manager/Owner has to be the rudest person and needs to turn over the position to someone who is customer oriented. I was going thru my home warranty. I called RW after work. She answered the phone and rudely stated they were closed and someone would contact me the following morning. crickets. I received and email for the three best times. A werk later. Crickets. I called the home warranty over the weekend. Monday I tried again. I have company company for the holidays and the toliet is getting worse. I held for the home warranty and left a number in line to get called back. I received a text ststing this company cannot service me after a week of waiting and good luck. Needless to say I called them. A very professional gentleman was trying to speak with me while I was explaining my story and who starts speaking over both of us. The woman who answered the phone who answered the phone a week ago and never called back! I hate rude unprofessional people. I started asking her why s

while they were on time and polite.. I was very disappointed to see that they charged me for “parts” when I enquired, I was shocked to find the “parts” used were their own tools required to do the job.. let’s just say that they have made their last dime off of me.
