Our furnace went out at the worst time ever (right here at Christmas) and Desoto Air came out very quickly to check our furnace, as they had repaired it before and did a great job. They did a great job with the installation of our new furnace and were very helpful and professional. The installation crew was quick and professional and very nice young men. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue with the furnace, and fixed it within an hour. This is my second time using Desoto Air & Plumbing and the service was excellent both times.
He said my AC was too old to take Freon needed to be replaced and it would take $12,800 to replace. I got two other estimates from competitors $4500 and $5500 for replacement, so much better than 13k. They are also going to try and push financing for 28% interest for the 12,800 “this deal ends today.” The next guys put Freon in it and unclogged the condensate drain line and it works great. Wonder how many elderly people they’ve tricked with that scare tactic. Edit: Look the owner called me a joke. I am now so hurt how will I recover.
