Excellent service!!! My motor went down on my unit on late Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. My motor was out of stock here. Through the diligence of Comfort on Coast, a motor was found in New Orleans, the tech drove to New Orleans picked the motor up and installed the motor at 8pm on the same Friday night of a holiday weekend, saving my family from waiting 10-14 days for motor to be in back in stock. I'm so thankful for their superior service and going way above any other company.

We’re in Biloxi and our AC stopped cooling Friday evening, we called them Saturday morning and they were able to come to us within a couple of hours! Other companies were telling us days.
