We had an issue with our system on a Friday after 5:00. The guys came out swiftly and took care of our issues real quick. They gave me an estimated time, kept me informed, and called when they were near our home. Very professional and polite! I think Trey was the technician and the owner came as well. The Owner explained everything, and they operated like QRT (Quick Reaction Team) and got it all fixed. We called the right company and will be doing more business with them from now on. My A/C went out Memorial Day weekend but I didn’t have too many worries once I called Comforts on the Coast. Trey was the technician who came out bright and early on a Saturday morning to get my A/C back in order. He was thorough, efficient and detail oriented. The technician took the time out to explain exactly what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. Very helpful and professional, they have gained a customer for life!
