I new I had a problem after the hail storm at the end of March. I had reached out to several roofers before this company. They had informed me that my roof looked fine. Joe with America’s Best Roofing saw my roof and felt like it needed replacement. I was anxious about dealing with my insurance company, but Joe was very professional. He assisted me with the entire claim process. He was with me when the adjuster arrived. Afterwards he encouraged me to upgrade my roof’s shingles which I did. He and his staff answered all my questions during this entire process. They all communicated very effectively and made every effort to abide by their plan to me. They were always available to answer questions. I was very pleased with the roof installation crew. They very friendly and wanted to do a good job. Joe Martin and his team were there when we needed them most for two of our rental properties that needed roof replacements. I know that they had MANY other customers pulling them at the same times and we and felt like we were their #1 priority. It's a real talent to make your customers feel that way and his team of professionals have that same quality instilled in them as well. Joe Martin worked with me on the roof installation. I had no knowledge of where to start and Joe stepped in and guided me through it all. From the first phone call to the clean up I was pleased with the service and professionalism of this business. For a first time home owner doing a first major repair (after 15 years of ownership) I was apprehensive and gun shy about working with a contractor. ABR put those feelings to rest.
