Best thermoking I've been to in my 46 years in the trucking industry. The mechanic was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and very service oriented. My compressor locked up with a frozen load on and in 2 hours he had a new compressor on and running cooling my load back down. Again what a skilled mechanic. Wow . Fed Ex CC team- We stopped in for a low coolant alarm on our reefer unit and the staff had Preston jump on it right away! My reefer stopped working in Louisiana and I was going Eastbound. Headed for NYC. Found this Place South of Jackson Mississippi on a Saturday afternoon. They literally saved my rear end from a claim. I had a valve bursting and leaked all Freon. Unit stopped running. But Preston went out of his way and took care of it. Very professional and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
