Today was my first time using Comfortech and the experience was outstanding. The two techs Ryan Atkinson, and Lucas Brown answered all my questions and helped me more than I could have asked for. Our air went out and service technician was here and had us up and running quickly. Highly recommend Comfortech even though they are a little more expensive than a few others. Service and prompt response is very important and they provide that. Steven Tollison was my technician and he did a great job explaining and fixing the problem. Highly recommend!
Trey G. Was my service consultant; he was both professional and patient with me while servicing my unit and explaining my needs. My service required and returned the visit and prescheduled his return before leaving the first time and returning within the promised window.
