Fantastic! I called based on a recommendation from a family member. I was extremely pleased with the service. When I called, the person that answered the phone was professional. She got me setup with an appointment that day (which I wasn’t expecting because I called around 3:30pm). She talked to me about signing up for the Priority+ membership (which I did because my family had already told me about it). When the technician (Kimond) and advisor (Todd - card says Comfort Advisor) came out, I was also impressed with how professional they were. They looked over my A/C unit and diagnosed the problems with the unit. They then presented me with the existing issues they found, the prices to repair, and gave me all of the options. One of the options was the Advantage Program. Even though we didn’t end up choosing this option (it was a little bit too much for my budget right now), I appreciated the way they presented my options. Today was my first time using Comfortech and the experience was outstanding. The two techs Ryan Atkinson, and Lucas Brown answered all my questions and helped me more than I could have asked for. Austin and Andrew were great! Had the worst component go out on the outside part of the ac unit, stuck around for the part to get delivered and worked through the evening to get our ac back up and running. The service techs are always polite and courteous and easy to talk to.
