I called Dent very late in the evening around 4:30pm because mu unit wasn't heating. They sent someone out within hours, Will Fisher. He notified me of his intended arrival. He was the best repairman I have ever dealt with. He assessed and took pictures of the issue before he started the repair. That's a plus. He was so honest about the cause. I called Dent for an A/C tune up. Got the tuneup and we continued on with business as they were on hand to replace my gas water heater after it stopped. Glad I got their service!
