Seems extremely overpriced. Over $200 to snake a toilet, which took less than 20 minutes. Be aware that the price they quote you is in ADDITION to the $45 service fee. That wasn’t made clear, and I was surprised when handed the invoice. They communicated well, but I just can’t understand the justification for the price.
My business uses Skeen for our plumbing needs and it is always a positive experience. We have always had very professional and respectful people show up to our office to do the work required. The young lady who usually answers the phone is very nice, as well. They came out to clean out my drain in the shower. But, my shower needed more work . The man that came out said he was going to call me back with a quote. Three weeks later ,3 phone calls and leaving messages. Nothing!! So, now I am looking for someone else . Service: Drain cleaning
