My interaction with Watkins Construction & Roofing was the best experience that I've ever had with a contractor. The entire project went smoothly from start to finish and they did an outstanding job on my roof. My account was handled by Todd White and he put my mind at ease throughout the process of inspection and estimation. Together we covered every detail of what my home needed and he provided me with some great options on my estimate. He also took the time to explain the difference in roofing materials and answered all of my questions and concerns. Watkins puts together an amazing set of materials when you get your estimate, including samples and information to help you understand what you're getting with your roof. No other roofing company does this to my knowledge and its such a beneficial packet to have on hand. Jeff Thomas, Matthew Hajj, and Stephanie were all very professional and I look forward to referring this team in the days, weeks, months and years to come. Jeff great salesman! Stephanie kept me in the loop as to when the job would be done Matthew made sure all was done correct . Matthews crew of 12 showed up and worked a 2 1/2 day job in to a 2 day job. I didn’t mind them working late or arriving early and they worked til they finished. Everything cleaned up and flowers and all were put back where they were originally. Really a pleasure to work with all these folks.
