Got the business card from Home Outlet and called Chris Johnsen. He said he will come within an hour or hour and half, never showed up then next day called him. He said he will come in 30 minutes and never showed up. I found another phone number in Facebook and called the number Tony answered and he is being so rude then hung up on me. I called him back and tried to explain that Chris never showed up and Tony hang up. I am being discriminated by them because I am Deaf and using relay service to make the calls. Don’t use their business!
Quality product, excellent price, professional service from all employees from management to the installers, especially Chris & Tony! Communication was timely and informative from start to end. They worked with my insurance , after they had declined to cover new roof and got it covered including interior damage repair. This was third time to have to have a roof replaced with repairs to a house and custom remodeling was by far the best of the best. Highly recommend.
