Masterbuilt Roofing replaced my entire roof after Hurricane Zeta. Mike Pryor was easy to work with and kept me informed at all times. I had an issue with the tarp coming loose before the replacement roof was put on and 15 minutes after reaching out to Mike, he came by and put a new tarp on my roof himself. Mike always goes above and beyond for his customers. This is the most professional company I have ever worked with and I would highly recommend them. The whole process from the quote to the end product was easy, not stressful. Kudo's to Mike and his crew for a job well done. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
DOESN’T DESERVE ANY STARS!! We closed on our house last month on the 7th. It was a VA home loan & house was inspected and everything was GREAT. With that being said, the previous owners had a new roof installed by “Masterbuilt Roofing”. It was completed July 2021, which included a 3 year warranty. Hurricane ida came and with the rain we had noticed a leak in the master bedroom & bathroom. We’ve contacted this company multiple times! The first time they came out they said it was the storm cap, they replaced it. It rained and we still had a leak. So the guy put a towel and bucket up in the attic after pointing out a small leak in the roof and said they would come back when it wasn’t raining to fix it. Since then I’ve called everyday because we had mold growing and the damage has been worse. After contacting the owner (that’s me & our insurance company contacting them) they finally came out today. NOW THAT THE DAMAGE HAS BEEN SITTING FOR OVER A MONTH, they claim it was from the HVAC syste
Amazing service! Jose came door knocking and we were a bit hesitant and assumed that we didn’t have hail damage. We decided to let Master Built do their free inspection and sure enough we did have hail damage. They took care of the entire insurance process for us and we’re very knowledgeable. I’m thankful we (they) caught the damage in time for the insurance to cover it. Our new roof looks great! Service: Roof installation
