His can-do ability with skill to communicate effectively has earned my trust on various tasks, from replacing all ventilation fans(5+), installing new fans in laundry room with exhaust outside, to installing backsplash tiles, building a large paver patio with retaining wall. He also has a world class crew, such as Billy, who came on-time and performed work to our satisfaction and perfection each and every time. Tom first came to see how to replace my pull down attic stairs. He went above and beyond in every way. The explanations, professionalism, honesty and ethical. Tom does as he says unlike box store Lowes. Price was beyond fair. Vincent who came to do the work was so helpful, explained everything not only that but he totally cleaned up even the mess someone previously hired left up stairs. After months the hole in my ceiling looks great no insulation flying out. Then Olivia who answers the phone is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever worked with in any industry. You can rely on her word on top of that she’s the nicest sweetest person. It’s a joy just to speak with her. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have others projects and will only use them.
