Today we had the 2nd of our 2 maintenance appointments for the year since we had a mini split installed. The installation included a year of maintenance for that unit as well as the main unit that was pre-existing. The maintenance check is so thorough, it actually makes me feel confident that we are in a good place as we prepare for warmer weather. Hudson, the technician today, was very kind and professional. I have had amazing service from this company from installation to maintenance. I believe they represent what they can do and they follow through with their commitment. They also give you an idea of things that might be an issue in the future so you can be prepared. I will continue to use their services as well as recommend them to others. They were able to schedule, deploy, successfully diagnose, and ultimately repair our failing (ancient) heating system the week before Christmas (2022). I was extremely impressed with each member of the team I interacted with. Everyone that I interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Veronica was great about scheduling and nice when I had to reschedule. Brian was early for our appointment, very nice and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing.
