An exceptional company! I called AKE after my friend across the street told me how delighted she was with Hernan's professionalism, knowledge and ability to diagnose her fan problem. My newly installed ceiling fan by another company was wobbling and something didn't seem right when he put a weight on one blade to counteract the wobble. AKE identified the problem immediately (a loose screw) and the wobble disappeared. Hernan's knowledge, Melinda's outstanding customer service skills and the care and attention AKE gave to resolve my problem far exceeded my expectations.
