Nate came to my house to give me an estimate the other day. It was detailed, reasonable and the job was set. Travis and JD preformed the installation of the sub panel and grounding rods at my house. They were on time, prepared, professional and worked diligently until the job was complete. They took the time to answer questions and were willing to explain the things they were doing. I would not hesitate to have them do work for me again. Thanks to the quality work they did, ARC has gained a loyal customer. I was extremely disappointed with my experience with ARC Electric. I called back yesterday and spoke with two different people who both reassured me that the diagnostic was free of charge, but when the electrician arrived, I was shocked to find out that the fee was $225. This was misleading information that left me feeling uneasy about using their services. I asked the electrician to leave and tried calling the office, but was unable to reach anyone. It seems like the company was just trying to get their foot in the door without being transparent about their fees. I cannot recommend this company and suggest finding a more trustworthy and transparent service. Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
