When my dishwasher suddenly stopped working because of an electrical issue, I contacted this company based on their stellar reviews alone. Let me tell you that they absolutely did not disappoint. From the friendly service received by Crystal (sp?) on the phone, to the high-tech appointment texts, to the in-person customer service, the entire experience was top-notch. Both Tom (a co-owner, I believe) and Patrick were friendly, great at explaining detail & setting expectations, and skilled at completing the work quickly. They even wore shoe coverings and cleaned up after themselves. Having never used an electrician before, I can’t really speak to value, but the end price seemed very reasonable to me and I appreciated how multiple service tiers were offered. I now have a properly wired dishwasher, up-to-code outlets, and a whole house surge protector. I plan to only use this company for any future needs. Highly recommend!
