The folks at Maynor are wonderful, and the service is top notch. My experience was absolutely positive from the start with James Melton. James took the time to explain things to me and provided me with reasonable options. The service crew, consisting of Jeff, Rob, Seth, Stacey, and Devon, were great. They came ready to work. They were extremely professional, competent, and friendly. They take pride in their work and genuinely seemed interested in taking care of me and my home. I very much appreciate that. We used Maynor Services last year to replace our air conditioning unit. The service was absolutely phenomenal and their prices were more than fair. They have been back multiple times since for complementary maintenance, and each time they are very comprehensive in their inspection and proactive about letting me know what needs to be repaired or maintained. We have had a service contract for multiple years and the time came that we chose to replace our 13 year old system BEFORE 100 degree weeks came since we were having “aging issues”. This is a big job! First the consult was thorough and fair. Jeff and Devan showed up today on time and with so much professionalism and positivity - these guys are keepers! Our home was prepped - they were courteous and sensitive to my needs as a homeowner. The job was complete and the cleanup they did was 5-star! We highly recommend Maynor!
