He was always available to communicate by text or phone, and reacted perfectly when we added an extra item. Brian finished on time and the bill matched the estimate. Great service - quick, responsive, attentive, and professional. I called to get a gas hot water heater replaced and Brian got back to me (even texted me when he could not reach me via phone) and was very prompt and service minded. He had the most reasonable price and worked with my home warranty company to provide the information needed so I could file a claim accurately.
