I had my thermostat blank so called them for diagnostic. They sent technician on the same day for $89 visit fee and he said AC Drain is clogged. He said total charge including visit fee would be about $470 so I asked for discount and he did $330. I asked him is this normal rate or should I check with other business? He said this is normal rate and I trusted his words. I agreed and he cleaned drain in 5-10 min max. He left and I called 2 other local businesses to ask about the rate for clogged AC drain cleaning service and I got 2 quotes of $99 and $125 (including visit fee and drain cleaning service fee). I was overcharged by more than $200. Do not trust them for the money, you will be cheated. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Repair HVAC, Cleaning, HVAC duct & vent repair

Many of the one star and two stars reviews are very accurate. I should have read them first. I can not speak to the actual technician work, as soon as he showed up said “they don’t work on these units typically” however and instead of wanting to fix or repair the issue on a 1 year old unit, and offer you best options, they want to take the easy route and charge you for a full new install measured in the thousands of $2,800 This explains why they don’t work on these units because more $$$ for them to do the large job and offer fixes measured in the thousands. Paid them their service fee + tip and moved on to someone else. If they don’t work on these units, then why send your technician and why charge me? Update: Got another service technician in, $150 later it is fixed. Lessons learned: get you multiple quotes for service and repair. Do not accept outrageous rates. These units designed to last 10, 15, 20 years.

I called and got same day service with 72 degrees. Everyone from the staff answering the phone to the technician were incredibly understanding, kind and efficient. Jessie was fantastic. Not only extremely professional and thorough, but incredibly kind and personable! I am so grateful I called them and got the work I needed done through them.
